Sahmyook Medical Center forms a global network with 175 sister institutions from 53 countries around the world. Loma Linda University Hospital in California which introduced the world's first proton accelerator in concert with NASA, Florida Hospital which is renowned as the "Disney hospital", Sydney Adventist Hospital and Hong Kong Adventist Hospital which received full accreditation from the Joint Commission International(JCI) and accreditation from the Australian Council on Healthcare Standards(ACHS) for the first in Hong Kong are included in the network. This globally giant network holds other 450 clinics to improve overall health care worldwide.

SYMC also sponsors Adventist Development & Relief Agency(ADRA), which is one of the five aid agencies in the world. ADRA supported 137.99 million dollars on health care, education,providing portable water and emergency aid in 2013.
